Once you’ve filled out the online form, a member of the Integritas Construction team will reach out with an email questionnaire to discuss your ideas, budget, and timeline. This questionnaire is designed to gather more detailed information about your vision, lifestyle, and preferences, helping us prepare for our first meeting. Once we have all the information, we will schedule an on-site meeting to take the next steps.

Step 3: Meeting with the Client
During the site meeting, a Senior Counselor, will present the Level 1 Estimate to you in detail. This is where we take a deeper dive into the scope of work, discuss your specific requirements, and refine the project’s goals. Our goal during this meeting is to make sure every aspect of the project is fully aligned with your vision. We’ll talk about design options, timelines, potential challenges, and any additional elements that may arise as we move forward. This discussion is crucial for finalizing a shared understanding of what needs to be done and how it will be achieved.

Step 2: Level 1 Estimate
After gathering your initial ideas and requirements, our team will create a Level 1 Estimate. This preliminary estimate is a high-level assessment of your project based on the scope of work, materials, and any unique aspects of your renovation. It provides an early understanding of potential costs, helping you align your budget with your vision. During this phase, we focus on offering transparency, so you know exactly what to expect. The Level 1 Estimate includes ballpark figures and broad categories, but it serves as a vital first step in outlining the financial framework for your project.
Once the estimate is prepared, we’ll present it to you at the next stage.

Step 4: Pre-Construction Services
Once we’ve agreed on the project’s scope, we move into the Pre-Construction Services phase. This phase is comprehensive and covers the following:
⦁ Design: We help you finalize the design elements, working closely with you to ensure that your ideas are translated into workable plans.
⦁ Budgeting: We refine the budget based on the detailed design, ensuring there’s no ambiguity regarding costs.
⦁ Planning: A detailed construction schedule is created, outlining timelines and key milestones.

This phase concludes with the presentation of a Construction Proposal—a detailed roadmap that covers the scope of work, cost breakdown, timelines, and expectations.

Step 6: Meet the Team and Communication
Throughout your project, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the talented professionals who will be working on your home. At Integritas Construction, we believe in transparent communication from start to finish. You’ll be introduced to key team members, and other specialists in charge of various aspects of your project.
Communication is the backbone of our process, and you’ll be kept in the loop at every stage. We’ll provide regular updates, and you’ll always know who to contact if you have any questions. We also use project management tools like Contractor Foreman, where you can track progress, view schedules, and see daily logs of what’s happening on-site. Our goal is to make sure you’re always informed and confident in how things are progressing.

Step 8: Construction Phase
Once we’ve completed the planning and preparation, we take over the site and begin the renovation. During the construction phase, you will:
⦁ Receive daily updates and logs via our Integritas Construction Project Management Platform, where you can track the progress of your renovation in real-time
⦁ Our Site Manager will provide you with weekly site reports, detailing the work completed and outlining what’s next.
⦁ You will be invited to bi-weekly site meetings with Steve, our Managing Director and Founder, and the Site Manager, where we will discuss the ongoing progress, address any variations or additional requests, and ensure everything is proceeding smoothly.
As any variations or changes arise during the construction phase, we will promptly update the costings, budgets, and timelines to reflect these adjustments. We are committed to ensuring full transparency throughout the process, so there are no unexpected surprises regarding costs, timelines, or scope.
We also ensure a rigorous quality control process, with multiple checks throughout the renovation stages to guarantee our high standards are consistently met. As part of our commitment, we offer free maintenance and adjustments for the first year (conditions will apply).
